North Korean Defector driving a Patrol?

the pictures are fuzzy, but the vehicle looks like a patrol? any other thoughts? If it is, anyone willing to go to N.K. to secure some parts?

The basic shape is similar. I don't think it is though. It looks like one of the Russian vehicles that I can never remember the name of.

And, a Patrol wouldn't have gotten stuck. ;)
Beyond any hope for intervention

RiverPatrol is right again. It is a Chinese knock off of the Russian UAZ 469. Very capable 4 cylinder 85 HP four seater.

My Chicom, before I replaced the motor, shown on my thread herein is almost the same vehicle.
