I bought a 1969 Patrol a couple of years ago as a project to do with my kids. It's a little rough but doable. I've restored plenty of Jeep CJ's in the past, but as we all know, parts for those are readily available. Excited for this restoration and hope I can keep it all original(ish). It does have a broken rear axle shaft on the driver's side and missing a gas tank. If anyone has a rear axle from one of their parts Patrols, I'd be interested. For registration purposes the number on the VIN plate is L60-20380 and the number on the engine block is 11011 58000. Fantastic forum with an abundance of information.

Welcome to 60Patrol! :text-welcomeconfetti: Seems like you're in good company in NC, there are a few members in the area. Great project. Thanks for the ID info - could you get pictures of the numbers please? The number on the engine block is the part number, the engine number will start with a P followed 5 numbers. :D
