A visit to Phillip who is a master canvas man.
I had sourced the military grade material and he did his magic.
All but 2 original clasps were re-used, Irma took the missing ones!
The white webbing piping is better than the original around the bends.
I have worked with Phillip for over 25yrs in the marine trade, when I asked him to help me with the Patrol he was all over it.
Beautiful work and attention to detail, he respected what I had done and matched the job!
He used all the original bolt ropes which slid easily into the tracks.
It looks like we will have soon-to-be hurricane Jerry on the warpath by Friday so I'm not removing the servo yet.
I have a bolt hole in a warehouse that survived Irma...I'm not taking any chances!
It seems that any small disturbance in the Atlantic can blossom into a hurricane these days.
Scary but true.
