Sway Bar "D" Bushes

Bottoms out? Shimmies? Shackles, springs, shocks, steering linkage etc. The old messages from the NPCA 'Suspension' category are here.

I'm having problems finding correct D Bushes.

I ordered Nolathane part no 42075 but the inside diameter was 23mm but my 1868 G60 has 20mm sway bars. The other dimensions of the D Bushed were perfect!

See http://www.nolathane.com.au/product_detail.php?part_number=42075&sq=6753

Both front and rear D bushes seems to be the same size.

I have lodged a request with Nolathane.

Any advice on where I can find the correct part (in Australia of possible)?
Not sure if I will get there.
Not sure if I will get back.
But I usually do!!!

You might try ordering the stock ones from Nissan. The part number is 54613-44000. It's been a few years, but I was able to get them from Nissan before.
Beyond any hope for intervention

Andy from Nolathane responded promptly:

" You can use the Nolathane (42931) Saddles, and the (42920G) bush kit suits 20mm Swaybars."

Brushes about $30 a pair and Saddles about $40 a pair - both on ebay. Its a bit easier and faster than going to order them from Nissan.

Can someone confirm the sway bars are actually 20mm. It a bit hard to measure accurately with all the rust and grime.

Just as an FYI

I called my local dealer here in SoCal, I called CourtesyNissan in TX, and one of the big NissanParts websites and 54613-44000 is now NLA from the mfg ...

I recently ordered a full set from Amayama Trading
https://www.amayama.com/en/search?q=54613-44000++

They were cheap, $3.38 each and shipping was reasonable. I had a total of about $90 in parts and about $20 in shipping from Japan. It took a couple of weeks to get here. I was very satisfied with the whole deal. I also ordered two throw out bearings including shipping from UAE for about $50. They arrived within a day of the parts from Japan.
