flasher replacement?

Flames? Lights wiring, alternator/generator, etc.

hi, I am working on the electrical system and noticed the flasher is not working. Is there a compatible flasher available at local parts stores? the flasher in the car was a 3 prong - one tip is marked B, the other two were hard to read.

You should be able to take your old flasher to the parts store and have them match it up to something.
Beyond any hope for intervention

Gary were you able to find a suitable replacement for either of the flashers at the local store? If so can you give us the part numbers?

Thanks mtnPatrol. I did a lot of looking around and found one that is supposed to be extra loud. I got it off Amazon it's a CEC Extra Loud Flasher 577. Thanks again for your info.

Good choice. This one isn't loud at all.

From outward appearances, I could appear to be a forgetful, semi hearing-impaired old geezer in a "Jeep thingy" who tends to drive around with a blinker on.
I didn't know new-fangled extra loud flashers were available, so I wired in a tiny buzzer/horn to the flasher.
My first drive since that addition was a couple weeks later. At the first intersection, I signaled my turn intention, then
screamed and peed my Depends. I've since wrapped that little terrifying buzzer in a bunch of silencing electrical tape.

LMFAO

I wasn't really in need of a extra loud one but I figured with the noise that I have heard from the others on this site I figured a louder one couldn't hurt.
