I just finished constructing a homemade powered bead roller which is a quite a good unit to own if you are planning to do sheet metal repairs especially to floor pans or making gussets for extra support. :)

I'm not sure if there is any place to post this kind of work on here. :?: :?: :?:
If some body knows please direct me...

Well folks, I realise it has taken forever, but I have finally wired in my wipers with the motor running in reverse.
Very tricky for a non auto sparky like me and it took me a few attempts to just sit and look at what my buddy had given me to transfer wiring wise into my existing circuitry.

I eventually plucked up the courage and enthusiasm to give it a go.
I took pic's of his layout which was all wired up to demonstrate how it worked but it needed to be replicated into the vehicle.
I made a few diagrams and notes of my own and then headed into the wilderness.

I am pleased to say more than a few hours later I had wipers working again and some much quieter it is amazing.
The regular way the wiper motor was wired it made a noise like an older model car growling the diff gear when reversing.
Once reversed it was so much quieter.
My buddy is a pretty smart cookie when it comes to this figuring out stuff, but I could not expect for him to install it all as well, I'd rather keep his willingness to help for the tricky stuff.

He even has the arms parking in the correct position.
The main difference I noted was that he has included a diode and a relay into the system.

So I guess I am done with this thread now unless anybody has any questions.

Not so fast... Please post the electric diagram of the final setup, relay and diode included. It will give us a better understanding of your systems.

Thanks.

Oh, sorry I thought I had previously, but yes you are right I must have forgotten.
I will get back in 24 hours of less with a diagram.
Too much showing off the bead roller stuff, hahahaha....

Well, as promised here is the circuit diagram used by me to reverse the rotation of my wiper motor and still have park etc.
I hope you folks out there will able to understand it and please don't ask questions because I will more than likely be unable to answer them.
Reversing as I understand it means that the motor runs at the opposite polarity hence -ve and +ve are swap over.
