I'm back again. I finally got time to scan some old photos of the restoration so here are some of them. The first one was taken when we first saw it on a mates property. The rest are pretty much self explanatory.

I can put up more if anyone wants to see them.

That was definitely a labor of love. What is the white on the front fenders? Or is it gray primer and just looks white.

We're addicts, so if you have more pictures to put up we would love to drool over them. This is some great stuff!  I wasn't even aware that any of these had ever landed in Australia.

Here is a few more pics of the rebuild. In the last lot the white appearance is actually grey primer plus you can see some of what we faced in the way of rust in the body. The hole in the dashboard is for the radio that came with it. It is an old valve one and surprisingly it still works so it went back in, also I recently acquired an 8 track stereo and some tapes so that will be going in soon just to add to the nostalgia.

As you can see this is the engine before getting a high pressure wash.

As a temporary thing we refitted the tin roof that a previous owner had fitted as well as the steel doors, this at least gave us some shelter from the elements until we had the canvas made up for it.

Nexy I will find a couple of pics of it on some of the trips we have done in it, stay tuned.

Awesome! Great job restoring it too! I can only hope to do as well with mine!

By the way, asking us if we want more pictures is kind of like asking us if we would like air... you really cannot post enough! ;)

Thanks for sharing!
