Got my new shock absorbers in the mail today :D I had read on this forum that KYB # 343219 fits the patrol. I wanted to be sure so I contacted KYB, gave them my stock shock measurements and in fact they did verify 343219 as a good number. I got a great deal from Summit Racing. The order for 4 shocks with shipping only $89.00. All I had to do is peel off the sticker and paint them gloss black as I found some intact paint on my old one that was gloss black.

Just finished the bell housing. Took it completely apart after pressure washing off all the years of gunk on it. I then cleaned and greased all the rods. Now everything moves nice with no binding

Since my engine ran fine I opted for just changing the gaskets, freeze plugs and a repaint. After I put a few goodies on it i'll drop her in on the new mounts I got from down under.

Early Christmas present arrived today from Columbia. I got the full sticker assortment, shifter boots, whindshield rubber and door window felt. I'm nowhere near using any of this yet but I can dream. :D
