What have you done to your 60 Series Patrol this week....

If it doesn't fit in the others but is 60 series related, post it up.

Today I started taking parts of the Beach Patrol, dug around in the dirt, attached a new battery and found out that I have lights and a horn.

I also ordered a repro signal light set from eBay. (Because I only have headlights at the moment)

Next up is to get the gas tank cleaned out and fitted back up under the Beach Patrol.

I have not found a fuel sending unit in my various parts that came with, does anyone know what I can use as a replacement? Help! :?

Today I cleaned out the back, the previous owner hand crafted a tailgate so I need to find myself some doors...

Also found out my heater blower works!

Andy, I should have some extra rear doors in a month or so. Good shape, top and bottom.

Amazing! Let me know when and I'll buy them from you.

I'm working on the emergency brake today, downloaded a nice "how to adjust" pdf from here. Honestly, without 60patrol I would be a lot further back right now!

Thank you.

I found this 69 patrol back in May while on a horse back riding trip. It was left out to die in the dessert of New Mexico and El Paso TX border. I had never heard of a patrol but I thought it was very cool looking so I asked if they wanted to sell it and they did.. Yahoo so I started working on it and couldn't stop. Just wanted to share a revived 69 Patrol
