Yes, great news alright.
I'm no quitter, but I was wondering if I would need to walk away from it for a minute or two there.
Fortunately, I did not have to go the route of changing the gearing to compensate for the VFD's misgivings.
I pleased to have beaten the VFD, these units are quite daunting to laymen like me with no nerd DNA.
I was surprised when I purchased it how many folks ran a mile when I asked for help to get started.
I ended up going solo from the start but decided that if I took small steps and gained confidence and an understanding of how this gizmo works I maybe able to work my way thru it.
My biggest problem at the beginning was understanding the terms in the manual as I am no electronics or electrical expert by any means.
Also the terms used had been translated from Chinese to English so there was also the hesitation point as to whether the translation was accurate and also being a layman was my interpretation of what was being said was correct or just my interpretation...
I'd describe this adventure as character building.
