Storage

Now that I own Santa's Sleigh I am making a wish list.

I want a combo steel storage box and cup holder. It can bolt to the leading edge of the tub wall. It will need to be made so it stays above or staddles the four vertical gussets that supports the leading tub wall. Top opening box flipping open towards the rear....then the coup de tat ........cup holders at the side and either side of the box.

Maybe about as wide as the tool box, maybe a bit wider but depth will allow enough storage.

Which Patrol Ninja will help me with this? I will glad to pay a fair price for the fabrication there if.

Thank you 2896cal is working on a sketch. I want to wait on him as he will issue something we can sink our teeth into whereas I might just waste people's valuable time.

Plus, I only know how to upload pictures.

Thank you for asking and any help is appreciated.

I've decided I want one in each Patrol....gotta have cup holders sooner rather than later.

More to come,

Sounds like an interesting concept. Not sure of the cup holders :o

I look forward to the sketch to appreciate the full idea.
Not sure if I will get there.
Not sure if I will get back.
But I usually do!!!

Personally, my beer doesn't last long enough to need a cup holder. Now an ice-maker would make a worthy addition to a Patrol. The bottle of Makers Mark will be perfectly safe between my thighs.

Plateaucal, being an engineer I recognise your "fail safe" technique for protecting the nectar of the gods. Please help me design my cup holders so it is easily within reach of the Makers vault. Now, you must understand I'm doing this for you because you haven't mastered snap shooting from a moving vehicle yet and I'm certain you will spill some of our precious fluids otherwise.

One can never be too cautious.
