Yeah I didnt think that side would be a big deal, and now that the engine is in I dont want to take it back out! I think getting to the spark plug to change it wont be too bad. I will find out soon as I will be putting in new plugs anyways.

Last night I got some minor stuff done as well as finished the engine bay relay/fuse center!

Last night I got deeper into wiring. I have enough setup to turn the engine over using the key, and it worked great!

I'm surprised you had that much clearance around the steering column. But tight in many places!

yes, definitely glad I beat in the sides of the firewall while the engine was still out, that's for sure. I just wish I cut out the corner sections completely and welded in new metal plate. now that the engine is in, i think i will just deal with it how it is.

Great!

The modern look of the hold downs with the patina makes for an awesome picture!

video of the engine running after starting the exhaust routing! I seem to be having fuel issues I think, and that is why it wants to die under throttle. Will hopefully be figured out soon.

Here is my custom gauge panel populated:

the switch on top right is the wiper switch. I still have to cut the screw that I used as a set screw. P.S., yes it is made from wood lol
