I see earlier tail lights and I see a ID plate on the rad support. I see newer door handles...what year is this little jewel?

The tail lights in this picture are not the stock ones. This picture was taken right after I got the softie home and cleaned it up. Later I put the correct tail lights on. It is a '68 Patrol.
