Well, beneath the cheesy stuck-on gauges, the vinyl wrapped steering wheel and the vintage sun visor extenders, yes. This is the condition the truck was in right after it was purchased from the original owner. The original owner was 93, so it's easy to understand that he would add some personal touches over the years. The cheesy gauges have been removed.
