Thank you very much for the info that helps alot. I swaped the shackles and put them in front witch tilted the axel back just above center witch gave me good clearance for the shaft and knuckles, but im not sure how it will drive but i will be taking your advice on the tow and try to make it driveab...

Hay there! I see my patrol on the registry as 65 with a ? . You explained it to me i said it wisa 65 and you said it was a 64 by the numbers you can list it as a 64 if thats where it belongs . Thanks moore_rb that's a good point , the lift on this truck is definitely NOT for off roading its just for looks , i will be changing the leafs for a safer ride and better suspension.

I understand why you put it in the 64s keep your numbers in order , you say it was made in 64 and sold in 65 well that is just one more thing i have in common with my patrol , i was made in 64 and born in 65 , :lol: the body plate is missing just have the holes where it was :( , i will get pictures ...

Well i found the problem , i removed the master cylinder flushed it out flushed out the lines they were clear so i reconnected the master to the line it was working fine , the fun part was finding out when i remounted the master to the firewall the brakes bound up again , the previous owner never aj...
