Any mounting advice appreciate. New forklift distributor mounting point slightly beyond the limits of the existing bracket.

Decided to take our Patrol on a week-long, 600 mile road trip from NC, VA, and WVa. Mostly back roads, parkways, and forest service roads. She did great until a valve issue sent us home. Will get it fixed and back on another camping trip.

The Patrol has been getting more miles on it. Made it to the monthly Cars & Coffee event despite it being 40 degrees and no top or heater.

Distributor Conversion Bracket?

Converting a 1966 US waterproof distributor to a new forklift version (as recommended by this forum), The mounting brackets are different. Where are folks sourcing a bracket that works with the new distributors? Any pictures or links appreciated.

Last few months, the Patrol hasn’t seen much action, until recently. This last weekend we snuck our “Faux40” into a vintage Toyota run and put about 120 miles on it. Thanks for the update. Been following this as I need a soft top for our 66. Interested in selling the old top (canvas only)? Might work on our patina rig, or be a template for a local shop to recreate. We have the metal top pieces.
