Widow makers aka split rims
Hi there Daner, We've got split rims on a 1962 4 wheel drive 5 litre Bedford army truck and they are as solid as a house. Don't know about Patrols though, I've got normal alloy wheels on both of mine. U.S. law is something else so I guess you'd best check it out with your official people over ther...

In Saudi there is a big Patrol following and Nissan parts are easy to get direct from the manufacturers. I do not know how it is with...

1997 nissan patrol (jeep)
; $85 000 for a Patrol seems to be a hell of a lot of ; money. Maybe if all the people in the United States who want a new Patrol ; e-mailed the Nissan Motor company in Japan they might consider building ; a U.S. legal model. It would need to be at least a few thousand ; vehicles to make it worth th...

It looks very expensive to me - $85 000 ! What would happen if everyone in the United States that wants a new Patrol e-mailed Nissan Motor Company in Japan ? If there were a few thousand of them it may be worth their while to build US legal vehicles. It seems a bit sad that these cars are not availa...

Nissan dealers in Europe can order most parts for this model from the manufacturers in Spain. It takes just a few days. Some stuff is not stocked however but can still be ordered from Japan. These parts were not manufactured after the mid 90's I believe. Best of luck!
