Dusty,    I have ordered most of all my parts from Danny at Motor Power Inc for the PPU motor, and they have all worked fine.  Danny even recommended that I use the PPU over the P40 parts.  I have ordered the basic engine kit, intake valves, exhaust valves, valve guides, cam gear, crank gear, and oi...

The main bearing of the PPU kit worked fine.  I'm definitely interested in your lifters.  I'll let you know. ThanksChris 

I've been rebuilding my motor using the PPU parts from Motor Power Inc., and they've been working great.  However, I just got a call from my machine shop saying that I need lifters.  Motor Power Inc. doesn't have them.  Does anyone have an idea where I could get lifters?     Help! Chris
