Another Addition
I had been looking for another vehicle to fit the zoo and help keep some miles off my truck. I stumbled on this about 2 hours away. The winch was definitely a plus. I did have to fabricate the engagement handle assembly so prior to that it wasn't as fun to use. Great job and I'm so glad it is getting used.

Playing armchair quarterback here so bear with me....
Would it be possible to hone it out to a point you could upsize your roller bearings? Kind of picture honing an engine cylinder and then using slightly larger pistons and rings.
