ISO: Running & Driving Patrol

Hello all,

I am looking for a reliable running/driving Patrol. I am located in Oregon, but willing to pick one up and road trip it home. I am not looking for a frame-off restoration, more or less something that is a solid runner, but could use some TLC in the body/paintwork department...since that's my specialty.
