Don. I'm more than happy to be the middleman for you. I'm in Canberra, Australia. Just PM me and I will give you my postal address.

Just by the way, I believe a single toolbox (no tools) sold last month for over $500aud.
Not sure if I will get there.
Not sure if I will get back.
But I usually do!!!

Amazing! Maybe you could collaborate with another Patroller to maximize your bid. Good luck! Wish I still had a Patrol for one of these boxes.

Wow, some nice stuff in that auction - the tools inside that one box are amazing, don't look like they have ever been used.

At long last, this week the spoils from the Australian ebay auction arrived. Thanks a ton to Peter60 for playing the middleman and getting these to me.

Included in the auction were two toolboxes, a service manual, a parts manual and a few owners guides (one for a 160 Patrol).
7495

The more rusty of the two boxes (but still in pretty good condition)
Contents include:
- straight blade screwdriver
- pliers
- Open ended wrenches
SAE 3/8-7/16, 1/2 - 9/16
Metric 8/10, 10/12,14/17
7496

Contents of the Nicer of the two boxes include
- Straight blade screwdriver
- Cross bade screwdriver
- Pliers
- 200 Crescent wrench
- Grease gun
- spark plug socket (i think it's a spark plug socket)
- tire iron
- Open ended wrenches
SAE 3/8-7/16, 1/2 - 9/16
Metric 8/10

7497

I will be putting these boxes away until the Patrol is done and ready for the road. It will be nice icing on the cake.

Congratulations. Those are certainly some nice rare items to have. The tool boxes are in great condition.
Beyond any hope for intervention
