Oh man, I wish. It need's a lot of work. I am in the middle of a lot of repairs/retrofits. I will be back home in about a week, so I am hoping to:

>Install and wire winch
>Rewire entire electrical system(replacing old, brittle wires and updating fuses)
>Relocating battery
>Re-upholsterting rear troop seats
>Replacing front seats
>Replacing window glass(still need gaskets)
>Painting(weather permitting)
>Fab/install bumper
>Look into retrofitting door latches

I have the vast majority of all the parts already standing by, but I also have a lot of other projects to work on. Hopefully The Patrol gets it's fair share of the lovin'

Right on! I see you have a Vehicross. I sold one of those a year and a half ago, it had a blown motor. The guy who bought it totally fixed it all up and put it back on the road. They are funky and pretty rare.

Cheers

Wow, that's hilarious! I just bought one a month ago with a blown motor with intentions of doing the same thing! The Vehicross in my build thread had the transmission go out, and that's when I started the beefing up project. The engine was fine and has been sitting on a stand in my garage ever since. A friend on the VX forum was moving from Colorado to California and has his engine go out nearby. He sold it to me, and I am headed home to swap it and sell it. Planning on using the proceeds to help finish off the build on the first one. It's funny because that's originally why I got the Patrol! For something to offroad with while I worked on my VX. What a small world.,
