Really!?!?
I've just spent the last hour trying to upload pics of my Patrols... Stand by for the primal scream... AAAARRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!
This is a JPEG file with 8 pictures in it, why can't I post it??? Technology sucks!

The Gallery has a 2MB file limit. Most likely your files are larger than the 2MB limit and you're getting a very uninformative error. Resize your files to under 2MB and you should be fine. Sorry for the frustration.

The physical size of the image is important too. Not just the 2mb.
You need to make sure you're image is under 1280x1024. The easiest way to do this if you don't have editing software is to do it in Paint if you have windows.
** Open the file in paint.
** Click "resize".
** In the resize window select pixels.
** If it is a landscape orientation make the "horizontal" value 1280, it will scale the vertical value automatically.
** If its a portrait orientation make the "vertical" value 1024, it will scale the horizontal value automatically too.
Save image and then upload through the gallery

This way has never failed me.. good luck
