.The one on the left is from a 1969 Patrol L60. The one on the right is from a 1966 Datsun PL520. The only difference is the diameter of the outlet pipe (left side of assembly). The L60 pipe is larger to accommodate a 6 cylinder engine, the PL520 is a 4 cylinder 1.3 Liter engine.
As of May 2013, the replacement element with spring was still available via Nissan.
