I bought this G60 from a wreckers for scrap value, it came with trees growing out of it and full of rat crap, no wheels or front swivel hubs (GQ front swivel went straight on without axles so i could move it around). It had a reco 250 cross flow Ford engine+ full conversion and running gear which i was able to save for my good G60

Re: scrap patrol
I bought this G60 from a wreckers in the Hunter valley (NSW), Scrap price at the time(12 months ago)was $200 and I was able to get home for free. The company I work for had a depot next door to the wreckers and I got the patrol home on a back load. $100 dollars per ute sounds good as long as they have some usable parts on them and getting them home doesn't cost to much, try some heavy towing companies as they sometimes have low loaders coming back up the coast from Melbourne empty, they might be able to do a deal.
