This one should be easy to duplicate with a sheet of hard rubber. Something like a rubber bed liner or conveyor belt material. Conveyor belt usually has a cloth webbing layered inside of it, but you could use the edges if the webbing is not exposed.
Should be able to trace it, cut it out, and drill some holes. I just haven't got around to looking for the material. I figure a building supply or hardware store should have something.
