SD 33 engine models
My SD 33 that I replaced on my MQ 160 is a bit different to the one that was originaly installed on the Jeep. The new one has a rev counter conection and also a fuel filter conection to the dash. the oil breather is also on the top of the engine rather than on the side of the engine. It also came with a 5 speed gear box. Does any one know if this is the engine that came with the Y 60 long wheel base. will I have to change my diff's also. cheers sal

I've just bought an injection pump the other day and that was removed from a UK spec. LWB Patrol from around 1986. This vehicle has the breather at the back of the top cover (rocker cover?). This pipe went on to the bottom of the air filter unit. It was a 5 speed manual. I know the guy is dismantling the vehicle and has advertised it on the UK eBay site. You can contact him via ebay if required. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 53590&rd=1
