It's on the top of the right front rail. It's just in front of the firewall, about even with the exhaust pipe. You'll probably need to scrape some junk off to see it.

Hey, you took it out and played with it, nice! :D

The tail lights are definitely not stock. They are probably trailer lights.

Thanks River, I didn't think so, I need to find some flush lights, I can find 4" pretty easy but i don't want to enlarge the hole that's there to put them in. I may have to but i don't want to start butchering the body.

Not stock but look just fine. They look the part and era. The front parking lights are easier to obtain than the rears, especially the aftermarket/Columbian? ones seen on sleezbay.
I have some inset type trailer lights mounted on sheetmetal brackets (so as to not enlarge holes) fitted to my 67

.....they look fleepin' horrible.....and work better than stock! :o :o :o .......:D
If you have to go a tad larger this works:

There was some discussion on tail lights recently here: http://www.60patrol.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=1915

The problem that I have found with using trailer lights is that they are not water proof. This allows water to get in and blow the bulbs. Don't ask me how I know this... And not being flush just out of character with the rest of the design of the Patrol. It pretty much screams "I'm not original!"

Your front parking lights aren't original, either, and whoever installed them enlarged the holes for them. But since they are more flush it still kinda works. Better than having square yellow lights bolted on top of the fender, I guess. :D

Those pontiacs look the best nonoriginal yet and this is cool if you are worried about not being bright enough (errrr, like me  ):
