Check this out. I have swapped mine with a 350 tbi. It is almost exactly the same set-up you will need. Firewall is the biggest obstacle.

I'm sorry big red, i just seen the post you put in here for me. That is very nice, i appreciate the pics. That will definitely help. D44 came off 78 Waggy. Rear is offset.
NP205 is off set also.
Take a look below. It is only slightly offset.
