FPlotus- I still have not had the chance to figure out my fuel gauge issues, I've been too busy getting stuck....twice...I'll try to take my Patrol to the shop to see if they can figure it out. If you are in a hurry you might want to look into another route, but if you can give me enough time to take care of my problem first i'll be sure to get the tank to you, thanks for the patience, Duane

your best bet for shifter boots would be to contact Ian at RMP&O or Nissan, Nissan has a reputation to uphold so they will be of no help.(I apologize, but I never pass up the chance to knock Nissan Corp.)

I have tried that route via emails and telephone message but it seems that Ian is a very busy man with no time to respond or possibly tired of hearing this Canadian complain of the extremely high cost of shipping since 911. I suppose nothing can be done about it and I should be glad there is a source of parts at all but it hurts when I am stuck paying almost as much as the part in brokerage and "custom clearance" charges. I actualy pay considerably less to have something shipped from Australia than any state over the border - go figure.. Ian has a great sense of Patrol adventure so he is probably off on some strange continent tracking down another elusive beastie such as his recent ute from New Zealand.
