I hope this finds a home that will at least clean that red paint off the door pulls.

Well that depends... would I have to have them re-chromed for you as well?

Or, could I just sand-blast off the red, and paint them silver?

I'll tell you what- The windshield hinges were chromed at some point in the past, and that chrome is peeling off- If I decide to have the hinges re-done, I'll be sure to throw the door pulls in as well.

Out in the parking lot at work all day during July and August here in MS is also brutal. The reason I drive a white truck and use a reflective shade in the windshield.
