they could make it what ever offset you want RP.... I had a real junky rim that had a good center. I held onto it for just this purpose.. I'm not sure if it made the Madtripper or not..

RP, I'm sure someone out there is doing them.. all the cools offroad stuff is out in Ca... Look for vw shops and offroad shops. Just look for shops that widen or narrow wheels....

Yeah, there are a lot of wheel shops out here. It sure would be nice not having to take the wheels to a truck tire shop every time I need something done.

Thanks Robert! Extractors pop up every now and then. I have an extra set but in all hosesty it would be cheaper for you just to get a set made up in the states. Any exhaust shop worth their salt could whip one up for you.

yeah, I've made a couple sets of custom headers in the past... you are right, they are not that expensive in terms of materials. The toughest part is cutting out the flange plate that bolts to the cylinder head. It's much easier to make that piece if you have access to a Plasma cutter.

I just might give it a go (assuming I ever get my shop area finished so I'll actually have a place to work on my Patrol, lol)
