Hey Jeff, Have you had any luck at the dealer getting those caps. Mine did not call me back today..... Not unusual. They always get a puzzeled look when I mention The patrol.

I actually had bought a couple several years ago before they were $99..can't remember how much they were, but they weren't that much.. Haven't tried the dealer yet.... I have bought oil filters at the dealer before... they were about half the price being asked for on line...

If you can't get it at the dealer, before you buy the $99 one, you might want to ask Greg at 4WD Products in Australia who has the Ebay store that sells the brake cylinders if he has them. Shipping costs from Australia might be killer, but if the price of the distributor is low enough, with shipping it might be under $99. He mentioned to me that he sells lots of other Patrol parts he isn't advertising yet. His email is: products4wd@optusnet.com.au

Since the Patrols in OZ didn't normally come with the water protect distributor, they probably won't carry them.

Try www.nissanparts.cc , they've always been very helpful. If it can be ordered from Nissan. they can get it. They don't charge you credit card until the part ships.

If all else fails, PM me.
Beyond any hope for intervention
