I'm gonna try this.... off to the pick-a-part place I go...

Still looking for a plastic reservoir and cap for a Tokico master cylinder.

I tried the part from Rockauto that JWGreen recommended, but it was too small.

The reservoir I need has to be 1-9/16 inch inside diameter at the base. The Centric part from Rockauto is 1-1/2 inch...

The reservoir that came on mine fits perfectly on my MC. Centric # 130-42300

Same centric part number, but mine actually fits inside the old reservoir:

I have also considered just finding a length of hose in the correct diameter and using it to sleeve the two pieces together, but I have to do some research on what type of material is best to use with brake fluid- I know rubber has to be silicone treated before you can use it with brake fluid - bare vulcanized rubber will dry out and crumble.

I think PVC hose will work - it is impervious to many high-PH chemicals, but I'm going to do some more reading...

Hmmm, looks like Jwgreens' master cylinder is different from moore_rbs'. Note just under where the resevoir attaches. The casting is different on these two cylinders. Do you suppose the Patrols had two different size resevoirs? Robert, did that ford clutch resevoir not work? :D

I have 6 master cylinders. 5 that look just like moore_rbs' master cyl. And they measure 40mm-1.575" and 1 that looks like jwgreens' and i believe i pulled it from a 69 measures 34.5mm-1.358" the ford clutch resevoir should fit Roberts'.
