Hi all
Pretty new here. I don't own a patrol but definitely would like to. I'm in Ontario canada near Toronto and seeing that we use salt here on the roads and it destroys the vehicles I was looking into buying a patrol from the southern states or possibly the west coast. I'd like a patrol in sturdy and driveable condition but not a showroom piece by any means. Just something I can use off road and drive around. I think I'm looking for a mid 60 ' as I'd want it with mechanical fuel pump mechanical clutch . Points and a hand crank. Any info on buying one or how to get it into the country etc would be great. What kind of price range is typical? Like I said it doesn't have to be a head Turner but I don't want something I've got to do frame repairs and a full restoration on. Just something running and solid.
Thanks for the help.

Re: New member looking for help
there are several for sale right now. just be sure that the title matches the vin on the vehicle. my last roadster i sold wound up at the border and was held up because of that. poor guy that bought it had to put it in storage till all the paperwork was straightened out. now before all you start thinking that funny stuff was going on, i will tell you that the state of AR got the title right, and when i sold it to a couple in Idaho, numbers were transposed on the title and that is where the problem started. the Canadian called me, asking if i might have kept a copy of my title to clear up his mess, and lucky for him i did. good luck on your search and if you can get with someone who owns one to school you on what to look for that would be a huge help.

Hi Matt!
There is this '66 on eBay right now: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nissan-Other-Pa ... ars_Trucks . It sounds like it meets all of your requirements. I'm not sure what the reserve price is on it, but for a turn-key off-road ready Patrol it's in the right price range.
Beyond any hope for intervention

Looks great but a bit out of my price range. What do you usually see a road worthy one go for? Do you know of any good trucking companies that deliver to canada. Any help would be great.
