Kev,
Good and bad luck from that read, all good o vent as our Mr's all get sick of the same crap we talk about.
Just find something that works your core and keep doing it, question is what ???? at the least if you know your going past town, take your togs and have a swim and plan as best you can.
To also ad when I fell through the roof in Jan and busted my arm, after 6 month physio my arm was chit, could only get straight to 20 degrees, I stopped physio due to Jury Duty and my arm actually got better, I found that I was doing to much physio and it wasn't getting a chance to recover enough, so in many ways, do what feels right for you !!! At least have one swim and see how you feel, I know it worked for my back, maybe just standing upright and rotating your arms like you were swimming for example.
Where always here for a frank chat, so happy to be your sounding board when you need it, good luck !!!!
Steve
