Hello everyone. My name is Ron. I recently purchased a 1964 patrol. Its really solid but missing all the cooling system parts. Radiator and mounting hardware, waterpump, hoses, thermostat housing, and fan and pulley. Everything else seems to be there. I would appreciate any help locating these parts as I know almost nothing about these vehicles. Have always had old cars and trucks so just another one to learn about. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks , Ron

Hi Ron-

You came to the right place -

Restorable Cooling system parts for Patrols are getting scarce in the US- There is a shop out here in Arizona (Kellogg automotive) who rebuilds the water pumps (if you have a rebuildable core to send him)

RMP&O up in Wyoming is parting out a pair of 67's right now- Check this thread:

http://www.60patrol.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3913

He might have the cooling system parts you need.

Hi Ron -- Welcome to the gang! There are lots of great and helpful people on the board. Without these folks, the Patrol would be nearly impossible to fix up!

As for pictures, you need to resize them down to a max size of 1280 pixels wide by 1024 pixels tall before uploading. If you're on a mac, open the picture in Preview and then click on Tools, then Adjust Size, then enter the pixel sizes and click OK. I'm not sure how on Windows though... It's been a long time since I've used windows!

Hi Ron, welcome to 60Patrol! :text-welcomeconfetti: Rob's right, you've come to the right place for you Patrol related questions.

Lots of Patrol's used to come from New Mexico. I would be surprised if there aren't still some there. You might be able to find one there that you can get the parts from that you need.

Here is a post with a how-to for posting pictures: http://www.60patrol.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2784
Beyond any hope for intervention

Hello RonB, this is RonL from Winslow Az. I might be able to help you with t stat housing, water pump (needs rebuilt), pulley, and fan. I will need to double check my inventory to make sure. Where are you located in NM? I work for BNSF and i work over to Belen, so im in that area at least twice a week. I can bring these parts that way if you are close. :D

Sorry. Haven't had time to reply. Thanks for all the responses. I'm in Carlsbad. As for the pics I'll try this Friday or Saturday on my days off.
