Re: Parting two 67's
The transition from plaque to decal happened in '67.
Gosh, there are thousands of pictures in the Gallery. Take your pick.

They were attached with brass "hammer" rivets. Hammer meaning a rivet not installed with a rivet gun but with a hammer or punch.soft60 wrote:How were these originally attached?
There is another one up right now - $40 or make an offer.

Re: Parting two 67's
Alright folks, I have a good handful of parts pulled, cleaned, inspected and ready to ship. Here is the deal with my pricing; it includes shipping, is based upon how rare a part is, how good of condition a part is and how much it will cost me to ship the part. Since I am including shipping in my prices that also includes packaging, some items take a lot more effort to package and make sure they are safe for the journey to you from me. Obviously weight and size also plays into shipping expenses. I can ship UPS ground or US Post, your choice. Prices only include shipping in the lower 48, anywhere else and shipping will be more. Parts are cleaned in my parts washer and thoroughly inspected by me, where appropriate the parts have been tested. Original mounting hardware is included when available. I will hold your part for a couple weeks once you request the item, if you don't respond I will list the part(s) you have requested as available. Please private message me once you have viewed your part(s) and we can arrange payment and shipping. I take paypal, personal check, money order or cash.
r1lark: ash tray: $45, hand crank $85 = $110 total

Weasel451: LHS window regulator: $60, window crank handle $25 (no pics yet, pending pull, can't supply good trim with it), washer inside oil filter $10 (pending pull), RHS front seat assembly $250 = $345 total

Cheers

Re: Parting two 67's
Nobody has claimed these yet, original seat belt set. One of the latches is seized up from corrosion and needs some work to free it up. Some rust/corrosion on the outside mounts. All mounting hardware is included. These can be restored if you are motivated, very rare and hard as hell to come by.
$125 shipped for the set.

Ian,
I need the window crank handle but as discussed earlier if they are not the same as the 69 handles then I will pass on it for now. Also just want to make sure that the battery box cover is the same on my 69'?? If so I will take the battery box cover and heater intake. I have acquired a vent knob already. Thanks for all your help.

Re: Parting two 67's
No worries, like I say they are not very good doors and I may need the RHS for a project.Urban60 wrote:Hey! not necessary to take pictures, I will pass on the parts thanks for looking though.Urban60: doors (I will take pics and you can decide if they are to rough for you), LHS window reg. Neither door handles or window crank handles match a 69. 68+ are different, I may be able to get new ones out of Colombia though. Knobs I have are not very good anyways, I will check and see if I can verify on battery box cover. I changed my mind, the battery box cover is FREE! I noticed it is missing the tabs on one side and as you can see it has a bit of a dent on one corner. A body shop can fix it up but due to the issues, it is free.jwgreen wrote:
