I have an extra side mirror for sale. It's from from TLC Spector Off-Road at Leslie's recommendation to match as close as possibly to original. I love the mirror, works great, has double pivot points, and extending arm. It's from FJ40, but bolts right on to the lower windshield hinge - it's what's on our Compatible Parts List. Best option if you don't have the OEM. PM me if interested.

In case anyone is interested. After some readjusting, driving, and readjusting again, this mirror does work, (fairly well), on the passenger side, peaking through the triangle window. So, I'm going to keep 'er. 
But you can get one from SOR for $100 or so.
