Some of you might remember member Sarge from the other forum, and the awesome job he did restoring his Patrol. It didn't have an engine in it, so he decided to go with an SD33. He also put an automatic transmission in it. Unfortunately, he was very disappointed with the resulting performance. So he sold it and a custom trailer that he had made from a Patrol tub as a set. Look for a later post where they show up as the first Patrol in a Barrett Jackson auction. It sold here for $6,000.

1966 Patrol with SD33 and trailer, Barrett Jackson 1/17/2012
Here's Sarges SD33 Patrol again, now at Barrett Jackson on 1/17/2012. Looks like maybe the person that bought it on eBay picked it up cheap so he could flip it at the big boys auction. This Patrol has the prestige of being know as the first Patrol to be sold at a Barrett Jackson auction. Who's next? It sold here for $12,100.
