I don't recall the specific part numbers, or source, but a couple of years ago, I made mine by disc-sanding cane tips purchased on eBay.
Somebody else on this from showed some details. My memory says there are two styles of leg.
One is a plain tube, the other has an annular groove which helps hold the tip in place.
