My "Other" Vehicles

Since I now know there is at least one other person on this forum who has a Studebaker (50car posted a pic of his in the 'Other Vehicles' section in the 'Desoto' thread), here are a few of my Studebakers and also another Japanese vehicle......

1954 Studebaker sedan:

1966 Toyota Crown 1.9L four cylinder/overdrive trans - in progress, pics take first time the car was in sunlight for 25+ years. Currently working on brakes and hydraulic clutch, fuel system is done, of course the outside needs a lot of compounding and buffing:

The Toyota Crown brought fond memories of a similar pickup (Ranchero o El Camino style) that my dad used to have. Very smooth drive, had a 4 speed manual. (This was in Ecuador)

A specially nice feature was the turn signal lever as part of the horn ring in the steering wheel. Your probably have the same.

That's a neat idea, so many of these little features get missed and only a few become popular and copied by other manufacturers.
Best one I have seen is on an old Chrysler 300 series I think it was the 300d? When you open the drivers door the seat swivels towards you.
Too cool.
