Greg Page at 4WD in Australia has worked hard for me to create a complete rebuild kit for both of these. Some seals need to come from Japan so he will not be ready to ship until then but please be aware these will be available. The cost seems very reasonable to me and if you are going to make an order it might as well be as complete as necessary.

Re: Transmission & Transfer Rebuild Kits
This is pretty awesome thanks for posting. Just a note that these kits do not contain any gaskets. Greg is checking on those, but doesn't think that all will be available. Probably not a big deal as gasket in a tube (i.e. permatex) can be used. I'd prefer to have actual gaskets though, especially since the Minion is currently leaking like a sieve.

Re: Transmission & Transfer Rebuild Kits
Patrollees,
This is also posted under the Parts topic below. I hope I haven't missed anything that I haven't bought elsewhere. My rebuilds would have 3X the cost and time were it not for our administrators and forum members. Thank you from the pit of my Patroller's heart. If it were not for your help I would still be patrolling in circles. Thanks to each of you.
The bulk of the cost is the clutch assembly. I don't think I need it but I've only driven Presidio Patrol & CCV5 a total of 125' since purchased. If I don't need the rebuild kit then everyone should know one is here in the states. RPM & O, Ian says these must come from 4WD as nobody has them here.
Greg at 4WD went way out of his way to source some seals from Nissan. Hope this can be of service in some way. The $USD cost is about $2300.00 delivered.

Re: Transmission & Transfer Rebuild Kits
i just posted the parts list and greg's contact info on a separate thread:

I am waiting on a shipment from him from Japan, so if you know what you want to order, I'd be happy to add that to mine to save some shipping $s for you. It'll be a couple of weeks though, not sure you want to wait that long.
