If it doesn't fit in the others but is 60 series related, post it up.

I would be Leary of it since it states it has a 3 speed
If I recall the G61 should have the 4 speed

Good to see you back John! :) :)

All G61 were fitted with the P40 engine and the 4 speeds, so you're right. I also see that the canvas top is not the one for the G61. It's original, but for the previous models.

Yup...and...

...shouldn't it have only 1 transfer case stick ( T130A transfer, same as 160 series ) ?,
...I see a G60 handbrake lever, my G61 has a "normal" handbrake lever between the seats,
...spring shackles aren't right,
...that front diff looks like a C216 to me, think the C200 has a different shape from memory - but I could be wrong, at work so can't eyeball mine to check,
...there isn't a pic of the front leaf spring chassis mounts so can't see if they are offset or not which would be a strong indicator,
...rear diff does look like an H233 to me though.

Being a "transition" model it's possible Nissan raided the parts box for G61s to use up the G60 bodyshells I guess...

Nice though...apart from the ugly wiring over the ventilation box !

cheers,
D

I have seen a very early G61 that had the P engine and a 3 speed in it.
Beyond any hope for intervention
