Wanted: Door Hinge Pin

Good deal! A hammer and punch is all that's needed. (unless someone previously welded it or something)

I removed the pin that is in the picture I posted. It was from the other door and in great shape. I sprayed Liquid wrench lubricating oil on the hinge assembly and pin before trying to remove it. I took a punch and drove the old pin out from the bottom of the hinge assembly. I reinstalled the the pin from the top. It just needed a light tap on the top of the pin to drive it down in the hinge assembly.

Oh wow......then yours must be really in there. The bottom part of the pin is knurled. Have you tried a little heat?

I did try heat. I also tried a hinge puller. No luck.

My first Patrol back in the rust belt (Cleveland) I ended up drilling one hinge on each side out.
