I spoke at length with Joe today as he likely has the body panels I need........But he doesn't have the title, but does have a Bill of Sale.

He will not send additional pictures without a $500 deposit sent via PayPal.

Joe is very nice and very willing to make a deal. If I could drive there to inspect it I think I would be more serious.
Joe is a used parts seller. He understands what he is doing.

In further conversation, he requires 100% payment prior to loading and delivery. Which isn't unfair if you can personally look it over prior to loading. He will meet you in Yucca if you live near there.
