Body parts

Post by plateaucal »

Does anyone out there want a hood for a 67 or a really nice rust free bulkhead or really nice inner fender panels and maybe even a nice transmission cross member that will be cut out someday? It's all free, you just gotta figure out how to get it home. I am in Western Colorado. It's all going to the scrap yard before winter.

Well, the tub, doors and bulkhead are claimed. I will pull the inner fenders out to save for Kyle. The cross member was claimed. Surely someone will stop by and get the hood...David?

Thanks Plateaucal. I will gladly take the hood of nobody else takes by the time we get there. If I give up the opening of dove season I could be there Sept 1st. If not then, then we should be there around Sept 15th are an inspection and close in Lake City on the 15th.

You are right I should have just bought the whole thing. My Patrol has cost may more than it should because I never dreamed so few parts exchanged between years. From 20' a 63 looks like a 68 but as view from the length of my wallet.....no more than a few parts exchange.

Regards,
L60Boerne

Nothing takes priority over hunting season! We have lots of dove around here but have not figured out a good place to hunt them. Too much irrigated land keeps them spread out I think.
