Too Much Time on My Hands

I've been away from the forums a bit for the past few weeks, even so, like the Styx song says, I have found myself with too much time on my hands. 7/31/2020 was my last day at work. My status is officially listed as retired! Time to get out of the subdivision, buy a few acres, build a smaller house, and add a shop.

Made an offer on a few acres. There was one other offer. Mineral rights was questioned and, after some investigating, they took it off the market.
