1967 Gauge Panel

The consensus is this gauge panel is from a 1967 Patrol.
So my question is.....Which of any of the gauges, switches, or lights are compatible with other year Patrols?

'67 was the first year that had the gauge regulator. The gauge regulator is for the temp and fuel gauge as I recall. Plateaucal can correct me on that if necessary. Since the oil pressure gauge has the push on blade connectors that started in '67 those three gauges can only be used in '67 and later applications. The amp gauge can possibly be used in earlier models.

Ms. River. How the heck are you doing? I just got a bottle of Colorado Absinthe from the guy that actually makes it. Dang. So, since I cannot give it away, I will search down a source. Yes you are right on the gauge regulator. I don't know what year it began but it should be obvious. The gauge regulator is a simple little mechanism and I had a fun afternoon making it work again. We may need to start a thread on gauges, because it is confusing.

Thank you for refreshing my memory. I stated then that I thought it was for a '68, this is why I was confused seeing you say consensus says '67. I still say '68. The reason I say that is because it doesn't have the push button for the starter, instead it has a windshield washer switch in that location. '68 was the first year for washers so the switch was there. '69 went to the new style wipers so the switch became a wiper/washer switch.

I attributed the consensus partially on your statement "Maybe '67 but I think that style headlight switch didn't come out until '68".

I did not want to represent the applicable year.

Back to your original question:

Which of any of the gauges, switches, or lights are compatible with other year Patrols?

The speedo will work back to early '66 when the speedo cable and adapter changed.
The oil gauge and ammeter will work on any year.
The fuel and temp gauge will work on '67 and later.
The ignition switch will work on '68 and later.
The headlight switch will work on '68 and later.
The windshield washer switch will work on '68 only.
The turn signal and high beam indicator will work on '68 and earlier.
