Windshield frame

Post by Scootermixon »

Hi everyone…

This is probably a long shot but I figured I’d give it a try….does anyone by chance have for sale a 67 L60 windshield frame with vents that is in good shape? I had my original dipped and, while it is repairable, it’s going to take an extensive amount of work to bring it back to where it needs to be. Just wanted to check and see. I’m more than willing to drive a distance or pay reasonable shipping.

Thanks
Scott

I don't have one to offer you. They are out there though. I had to replace mine a few years back and the forum members came through with a good replacement.

Hi Scott-

I think I actually do have an extra, early (3 vent) style windshield frame... but (as is typical) it is 1800 miles away from you, and it's just not gonna fit in the flat rate shipping box with your connecting rods :)

So, keep my contact info handy- If you can't find a windshield frame closer to home by the time you really need it, and if you decide that it's worth the shipping expense, then hit me up again.

Hopefully you have not paid a arm and leg for the frame. Ill sell you one for a song and dance. Call and ask for Mark 1-505-573-1861.
Also have rear and front axles Drum to Drum all someone would have to do is bolt them up and connect the brake lines. Have hood ,starters, radiator, complete harness, heads , etc.
